    You don't need any equipment to start. Effleurages are a significant part of most massages, so we recommend using massage oil, which is inexpensive and readily available. For massages like those targeting the back and shoulders, the recipient should be in a prone position. In this case, you can use a bed or couch, providing forehead support with a towel. If you're considering a more dedicated approach to massage, investing in a massage table is advisable.

    No prior experience in massaging is necessary; you can get started as a beginner right away

  • Am I allowed to share the course with others?
    Sharing it commercially or publicly is not permitted. Yes, you can share the course, but only with individuals within your household. The most effective and enjoyable way to learn massage is by practicing through both receiving and giving massages.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement?
    Certainly, anyone can learn to massage with Kneadwise. However, due to the physical intensity involved, we recommend starting the course after the age of 16.
  • Are the courses being updated regularly?
    Yes. At Kneadwise we consider customer feedback to be crucial in enhancing our services. As a result, we maintain an ongoing effort to refine and innovate our content.
  • Do I have to follow the courses in a specific order?
    You can take the courses in any order you prefer. However, we highly recommend just following the courses in the way they appear for the easiest learning experience.
  • Are the courses accessible on my phone?
    Yes you can access all the videos and content on your mobile phone.
  • How long does it take to complete the courses?
    The pace of learning varies for each individual and depends on the time dedicated and prior experience. Daily practice is proven to be the best way to learn. We suggest reinforcing your learning through real-life practice as much as possible to retain and enhance your knowledge.
  • Will new courses be added in the future?
    We continuously expand our library of massage content by adding new courses and techniques. If you have specific requests for certain techniques or courses, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is valuable.
  • Is there a specific timeframe within which I need to complete the courses?
    No, you can take as much time as you need to complete the courses.
  • How will I recieve the Kneadwise certificate?
    After completion of the pro course you will automatically receive the Kneadwise certificate in your email. If you haven't recieved the certificate please contact us so we'll get it to you as soon as possible!
  • How does the 7-day free trial work
    You won't be charged until the 7-day free trial has ended. If you cancel during the trial period, you can continue to enjoy plan benefits until the trial ends. Please note, the free trial period can only be used once.

  • How long do I get access to the courses I bought?
    You'll get lifetime access to all the course packages you purchase. With the Kneadwise Membership, you get access for as long as your subscription is valid.

    Customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation can be initiated by the subscriber or through contact with our customer support team. You will retain access to our content for the month you've paid for.

    Unfortunately, due to the full access nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for any of our programs.
