Subscription Policy

1. No Refunds
While we do not offer refunds due to the nature of full access to all content, we are always willing to explore potential solutions or assistance. Subscribers are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team if they encounter challenges, and we will make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution, though this does not guarantee a refund.

2. Cancellation:
Customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation can be initiated by the subscriber or through contact with our customer support team.

3. Content Sharing:
The course content is intended for personal use only. Sharing of course materials with third parties in any form is strictly prohibited. Access to the content is granted for individual use within the subscriber's household only.

4. Automatic Renewal:
Both monthly and annual subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless canceled by the subscriber. To cancel, notification must be received at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the new billing period. The lifetime access subscription is valid as long as the Kneadwise company is in business.

5. Account Security:
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported immediately to ensure the security of the subscription.

6. Technical Requirements:
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the necessary technical requirements for accessing the online massage course. The company is not liable for any technical issues.

7. Content Updates:
The course content may be updated periodically to improve quality or incorporate new information. Subscribers will have access to the latest version of the content.

8. Termination of Services:
The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscriber's access to the course in cases of violation of the terms outlined in this policy or for any other reason deemed necessary by the company.
